Mothers day

What to do on Mothers day? Not really what I was expecting or maybe what was not originally in my heart to do was to spend the day out on the boat. Mom means compromissing and doing what ever will make those little faces glow. After several hours of hearing nothing but, "Mom It's a sunny day!" "Mom let's go fishing!" "Mom, let's go to the lake!" "Mom, let's go out on the boat!" I gave in and we where off to Tullock to go fishing and spend the day out on the boat. Besides I guess the importance of the day is that we where all together as a family on this Mothers Day.

The day was a blast and I must admit I had just as much fun as the boys. I was concerned of the weather turning bad but it managed to remain comfortable but a little cool at times. The Crappie where hot and perfect for the boys. In 4 hours of fishing the boys had caught 80 + fish and of course we returned all of them to the lake. The boys are becoming quit the little fisherman. Logan was Mr. Independant which did concern me a little because he was determined to remove his own hook from the fish and by the end of the day he was a professional at it.

All of the boys have absolutely no issues of holding their fish and where proud of there catch. What can I mom say but, "I proudly spent Mothers day with my family fishing and had a great day." The excitement, the smile, and bright eyes every time they new they had caught a fish was the best. What I loved was hearing each of them tell the other one what a great job they did after catching a fish. MEMORIES:>

The boys where worn out from reeling in all of their BIG FISH or maybe it was because they had to fight with mom for their Superman fishing pole. HE HE HE! What a wonderful day.
